Production Process Behind Every Sheet
Bundle Selection & Verification
Raw wood veneer flitches are carefully inspected for moisture content, grain orientation, and natural flaws to ensure only premium-grade leaves are selected.
Precision Splicing & Matching
Veneer leaves are expertly clipped and stitched using advanced splicing machinery to achieve perfectly tight joints in book-match or slip-match configurations.
Substrate Calibration
The core substrate (MDF, plywood, or blockboard) is thoroughly calibrated for uniform thickness. A high-strength industrial adhesive is applied evenly across the surface.
Hydraulic Hot-Press Bonding
The assembled panel is placed inside our heavy-duty hydraulic press under controlled temperature and immense pressure, ensuring a permanent bond.
